I use therapeutic, holistic touch to address and provide solutions for diverse health concerns, mental and physical. My focus is to address tension, congestion, stress, tightness, knots, and restrictions in the body. I tailor each individual session and integrate a wide range of modalities: Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial and connective tissue release, trigger point therapy, and movement and assisted stretching.

I am blind, and touch is my most heightened sense. Just as my fingertips are fluent in Braille, and automatically turn raised dots into meaning, so my hands “see” the difficult stories written into the body’s tissues and help them soften and emerge into health. This unique sense of touch is combined with my strong anatomy and kinesiology knowledge—I am a former anatomy instructor for the Potomac Massage Training Institute and a graduate of both PMTI and NMTI—and with my commitment to collaboration and communication.
